The room at Hotel Terminus was absolutely fantastic! It had a lovely balcony where I could enjoy the fresh air. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, especially during the hot summer days. The flat-screen TV provided endless entertainment, and the comfortable furnishings made me feel right at home.
Personally, I didn't care for the bathtub in the bathroom. But hey, it's just my preference, and I can see how others might enjoy it.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, location right next to the train station was useful as meant we didn't have to walk up any hills with our bags, great location for exploring beziers
We chose this hotel because it advertised a free shuttle bus to the beach, in actual fact we were told to use the regular local bus. Not a problem as it only cost €0.50 each way from the train station but if we'd known that we might have stayed elsewhere! Standard room was very small and dark so I would recommend getting a superior room as these looked bigger and brighter

Ideal situation close to the station and friendly staff.
The toilet:bathroom lacked privacy.

The hotel was conveniently located right across from the train station, making it easy to access transportation. the medieval center of the town was a short walk away, with charming brasseries and cafes to enjoy. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.
, Such as better maintenance of the staircase and corridor lights. the rooms were a bit cramped and could benefit from some updates.

We booked this hotel because of its proximity to the rail station (a very short walk). Fine for a one-night stay but very basic. Also no lift and spiral staircase makes baggage handling difficult

Conveniently located across from the train station, this hotel offers easy access to transportation links. The friendly staff provides excellent service and is always happy to assist. The traditional French building features charming interior details. Ideal for exploring the area, while still being close to transport options.

The firndly welcome of the staff. The buffet breakfast was good and there was a selection of snacks and drinks available. It was situated across the road from the railway station and the hotel was soundproof with air conditioning.

In all honesty, we found virtually nothing to like, apart from the fact that our room was really clean and the bed ok. Breakfast was good.
We were really disappointed. The hotel is run down and needs investment. Its location was fair for walking to the centre and relatively easy to find. The parking was safe, but awkward. It consisted or knocked through cellar/basements. A larger car (than a Mondeo) would have been almost impossible to park as we were requested. The dining room and menu were not worth considering for dinner, but the breakfast was good. Realistically this is a 'workman's hotel' and for that client group it is ok, but not for tourists, as we were. The lack of a lift made a second floor room difficult for us.

Title: Great Family Experience in Beziers
For families with children, it would be great to have some more kid-friendly amenities or activities available at the hotel.

good location and low price, clean sheets.
Yes, sadly the smell in the hotel room was not that good, the smell of old smoking and the bathroom smelled like some water was leaking, the pipes or something. But everything was clean.

The air conditioning was excellent, the beds were super comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and the location near the railway station was very convenient. We had a great night's sleep and would highly recommend this hotel for a short stay.

The staff were extremely friendly and spoke very good English, the breakfasts were very good value and substantial and although the hotel has a 'certain charm' that might not appeal to all the overall cleanliness was very very good with the beds changed daily. We enjoyed our stay there and felt safe and comfortable.
Problems with wi-fi resulting in inability to use internet as advertised.

Very close to the Station and central for the Town, also the bus leaves to the beach close by. The price was extremly good, and the rooms clean
